This morning we went downtown to a park with statues that look like aliens! The installation is called the Family of Man and is dedicated by the Duke of Kent in 1968. The statues are 21 feet tall. 
Then we went to see the new Bow Building which my friend helped build. It is 58 stories high and the tallest office tower in the western Canada. Outside the Bow is this 12-metre tall steel mesh head of a girl called Wonderland which looks pretty creepy. After lunch we went to the Kensington Wine Market. A great place with a huge variety of wine from all over the world. A bigger choice then in BC. I got a few bottles of wine to take home with me. We had to go back home because there was a wind warning.
